I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room left a lot to be desired. I was also unhappy about the lack of undercover parking and the dining setup felt more like a wedding venue than a restaurant. Overall, I found the accommodations not worth the price.
During my stay at Hotel National in Taichung, I experienced outstanding service and delicious dining options. The hotel staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, which I greatly appreciated, especially when they helped track down my lost luggage. However, the business center left a lot to be desired with outdated computers and a malfunctioning printer. Overall, it's a fantastic choice despite a few drawbacks.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the service from the staff was outstanding and they went above and beyond to help me, the room condition was quite disappointing, with old furniture and a hard mattress. The dining experience was also hit or miss with cold eggs served initially. Overall, I felt the hotel had great potential but really needs some upgrades.
